Leanne Ooi
Leanne is a NLP Master Practitioner, Coach using NLP applications and a NLP Trainer.
She started in her early career for established developers like the See Hoy Chan Group, Berjaya Group, MBF Group and the Sunway Group as Marketing & Sales Manager and as well as a liaison with various departments in the Government Authorities.
Leanne went on to start own business in Prudential Assurance Bhd. (Malaysia) and in her first year of joining, she clinched the “Top Agent” Award as well as the “Top Rookie” Awards. And continuing years thereafter, Leanne qualified as a Million Dollar Round Table member consecutively for 7 years. In due course, Leanne went on to manage her own agency recruiting financial planners.
Leanne has been exposed to many types of training and experiences including workshops for multi-national companies and also in the financial industry.
She is a certified facilitator for Bob Proctor Seminars - programs like “Born Rich”, “Science of Getting Rich”, “Goal Achiever”, “Mission in Commission”, “Success Puzzles” and many others.
Leanne is also a certified NLP Coach and NLP Trainer and has organized numerous workshops with international trainers in the fields of Neuro-semantics & Neuro-Llinguistic Programing and Advanced Communication Skills. More than 500 people have been certified as NLP Practitioners and Master NLP Practitioners; the largest number of certified NLP Practitioners under one organization in Malaysia.
Leanne is a certified Trainer in the field of Neuro- linguistic program. She received her certification from The University of NLP (Robert Dilts) in association with the American Board of Neuro-linguistic programing.
Her interest lies in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programing and Business/Executive Coaching. She has received coach training from NLP Coaches from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California. Leanne has achieved accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Leanne has gained tremendous experience by assisting training seminars and workshops with international trainers including John Kanary, Bob Proctor, Nick Le Force, Don Power, Sylvia Fernandez and Clement Thai.
She has an adventuresome spirit, loves to explore and has an amazing ability to live her dreams and achieve extraordinary results on her own life.
Her varied life experience enables her to have an open-minded approach that supports the goal of assisting others to reach their utmost potential. Leanne is extremely passionate about assisting and empowering others to create a life that they LOVE to wake up to.
She offers extraordinary NLP coaching and experiential training workshops aimed at raising awareness, transforming obstacles into gifts, attracting abundance and creating the life that one wants.
Leanne conducts in-house coaching for several multi-national organizations for their top-executives, managers and line-staff members.
She also consults for multi-national companies and provides them with out-placement services.
Her ability to integrate the knowledge from her broad base of experience and knowledge makes for a truly holistic approach when understanding human behavior and making positive transformations.
Leanne currently hold the position of Managing Director for LSP Asia Sdn. Bhd. ,an associate company under the DBM Group (Malaysia), specializing in training programs and effective workshops being delivered directly into Malaysian learning institutions, business and to individuals.
